Neutral and Social Walks (dog and handler)

Group Walks offer your dog the chance to practise in a natural, stimulating and safe environment — with you by their side and surrounded by other families equally committed to canine wellbeing. These walks are an accessible and enriching way to continue progressing together, whether you are beginning controlled socialisation work or looking to refine skills your dog has already in place.

Description

These walks take place in natural environments and always with at least one of each dog’s trusted humans present. The aim is to create a safe space where your dog can practise in a real life-like situation, but within a clear structure and with professional guidance that ensures safety, respect and genuine learning.

There are two levels of Group Walks, each designed to suit the needs and experience of each dog–guardian team:

  • Neutral Walks — There is no direct contact between unfamiliar dogs. These walks are ideal for early stages of training, for reactive or insecure dogs, or for those who need to build confidence before interacting with others. They provide a calm, lowpressure space to work on emotional regulation, relaxation and parallel coexistence without social demands.
  • Social Walks (prerequisite: completion of an Initial Assessment Session) — These walks include direct interaction between dogs. They are designed for more advanced teams who already have a solid foundation and are ready to take their learning further, practising safe, respectful and professionally guided social interactions.

In both formats, we foster a calm, structured and respectful environment where each dog can progress at their own pace, and every family can learn to better understand their dog’s communication and needs.
