Behaviour Issues / 1-to-1 Personalised Consultations
Initial Questionnaire + Assessment
1 personalised session — at home or online (approx. 1.5–2 hours)
The Initial Assessment Session marks the beginning of your journey towards a more peaceful, connected and fulfilling life with your dog. Before I can address any behavioural concerns, offer tailored guidance or you can join any of our social walks, it is essential for me to understand who you are as a team and what challenges you are facing, so I can offer effective and meaningful support.
Behaviour Intervention Sessions / 1-to-1 Personalised Consultations
Individual 1‑to‑1 sessions — at home or online (approx. 1–1.5 hours)
Behaviour Intervention Sessions are the heart of the therapeutic process. After the Initial Assessment Session, we begin a structured, progressive journey designed to create real, lasting change — strengthening the understanding between your dog and your family, and supporting their physical, emotional, social and cognitive development.
To ensure the process is effective, continuity is essential, so the initial minimum plan consists of a pack of four sessions.
Support Walk & Train sessions
1-to-1 Training Walk with home pick-up (approx. 1 hour)
The Walk & Train sessions are an ideal complement to the progress made during your 1‑to‑1 personalised consultations. They are designed to keep your momentum going even when your schedule is tight, giving your dog valuable opportunities to practise, learn and strengthen key skills in a consistent way that further supports your intervention plan.
Group Walks
Neutral and Social Walks (dog and handler)
Group Walks offer your dog the chance to practise in a natural, stimulating and safe environment — with you by their side and surrounded by other families equally committed to canine wellbeing. These walks are an accessible and enriching way to continue progressing together, whether you are beginning controlled socialisation work or looking to refine skills your dog has already in place.
Free WhatsApp Support
Between every two sessions and for 14 days after the last session
WhatsApp Support is included as part of all 1-to-1 personalised intervention plans and consultations, offering you continuous support between sessions. Living with a dog can become overwhelming when behavioural difficulties appear, and having close, ongoing guidance between sessions can make a profound difference to the wellbeing of the whole family.
Throughout the entire therapeutic process, you will have access to an instant‑messaging channel where you can reach out directly to me whenever you need.
This ongoing support is designed to offer:
- Quick guidance when questions or doubts arise between sessions
- Emotional support during challenging moments
- Feedback on videos or specific situations so we can fine‑tune our plan
- Reinforcement of the exercises and strategies we are implementing together
Whether your sessions are in person or online, this ongoing support helps your progress feel smoother, prevents difficulties from building up, and ensures that both you and your dog feel supported every step of the way.
